Review

It’s my first purchase from Imam Carpets and I’m happy that I found a very reputable and genuine place to shop online without a fear of being cheated in terms of quality.

The Story Behind the Loop Pile Hand Woven Wool Rug

Not every flatweave pattern is drawn in colour. In this one the weave itself makes the pattern: a small diamond in blush and ivory, so fine that from a few steps away the rug reads as one soft pink. Woven by hand in Turkey, where flat rugs have been made for centuries, it is coloured with natural dyes and either side can face up.
